SMS Messaging Terms of Use

These Text Messaging Terms ("Terms") describe how MILTHREAD (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") collects and uses your phone number for the purpose of SMS text messaging. If we offer SMS text messaging services, these Terms govern how we may provide and you may use such services. When you agree to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs these Terms. We may amend or change these Terms from time to time as set forth in the Privacy Policy.
Opt-In and Consent
By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you consent to receive periodic text updates about your account activity, transaction updates, promotions, and other relevant news or information from us. These messages will be sent to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is listed on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
Fees and Charges
Please note that your wireless carrier may charge you fees or other costs for using text messaging services. These fees are your responsibility, and we are not liable for any charges imposed by your carrier. Additionally, your carrier may restrict or block certain mobile features, and some features may not be compatible with your mobile device or carrier.
Program Eligibility
Signing up for SMS messages is not a requirement for making any purchases with us. Your consent to receive text messages is entirely voluntary, and you may opt out at any time. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase from MILTHREAD.
Age and Account Holder Consent
By opting into this program, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and that you have obtained the consent of the wireless account holder (if different from yourself) to sign up for SMS messages and to pay for any related fees.
Use of Automated Systems
We may use an automated dialing system or an automated number selection system to send text messages to your mobile device. Please note that neither MILTHREAD nor the mobile carriers are responsible for any delays or errors in the delivery of messages, or for undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on the successful transmission from your network operator.
Updating Your Information
It is important that you keep your mobile number up to date with us to ensure the accuracy of your account information. Please notify us if your mobile number changes to help us keep your contact information current.
Message Content and Frequency
Messages sent to you may include promotional offers or transactional information related to your purchases, among other updates. The frequency of messages may vary, and message content will depend on your interactions with us.
Message Delivery via SMS or MMS
Messages may be sent through SMS (Short Message Service) or MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service), depending on the nature of the message and your device's capabilities.
By participating in this SMS program, you acknowledge and accept these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not sign up for text messages.
Changing Your Text Message Preferences
You can cancel your text message alerts at any time by replying “STOP” to any of the messages you receive. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation text notifying you that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from that particular number.
If you wish to resume receiving text messages, simply reply “START” to the unsubscribe confirmation text, or update the phone number in your account. Once you do this, we will begin sending text alerts to you again.
If you need assistance or want to review the supported keywords, you can text “HELP” in response to any message you receive. We will send you instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.
